Café Zupas

"3-2-24 12:30 roughly Where is the management? Disaster condition of this establishment from the order taking process, they cant seem to have a system in place for when you place an order & what you receive. Checking out at the register is a disaster, the employees don’t know how to work with each other to get things right. Restaurant was filthy with trash everywhere , trash bin overflowing, you’re employees are sitting around and not seeing anything wrong. VOMIT covered bathroom floor /toilet. Disappointed in everything. And also looks lime the lobster got taken out of the lobster bisque, we just can’t come here anymore. Where are you manager?? This was a disaster on all levels. Food has gone downhill & shrunken, prices up. Ridiculous."

"I stopped by this place today, and as an owner of a small business I can tell you people really enjoy working here for what I seen today. The greet me as soon as I walked in even tho it was busy! Everyone was super nice, honestly I would come back just for the great service I got. Food was fresh and delicious! 10/10 recommended."

"Such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The red pepper lobster bisque is delicious and needs to be sold in gallons. The staff was nice and helpful. I loved that I could sample the soups. Also, the chocolate strawberry treat was great. Definitely will return."

"We had our dinner delivered to the hotel tonight. We love Zupas in Wisconsin and never had an issue there. This Zupas was not good and food didn't taste good. The Door Dash person was good. Would not go back here."
