"As a DoorDasher, I don't usually review restaurants, but this restaurant continues to be a problem. I don't understand their system for completing orders. Particularly the crew that seems to be working on Saturdays. It seemed that when I came there for two orders that they didn't even know they had them, and the orders appeared to only be being put together when I asked for them. If you are going to be on DoorDash, this is not acceptable. Doordashers can't wait for 10-15 mins for a fast food order... You are hurting Doordashers by wasting the limited money we are paid on an order. I also have to say, this is not a problem across the board for Wendy's. It's just this crew that this Wendy's has work on Saturdays. The orders weren't even at a peak time."
"Understaffed and simply overworked diminished the experience. Sandwich was thrown together and not unusual but was not given correct items and kids meals. Honestly writing this review more for people to give compassion and empathy to places like this and honestly if you are a person who has a short temper order head through an app and just do drive-thru."
"The employee taking our order was extremely friendly. The sitting area is very spacious. Food came out well made and warm. They do not have a self-serve pop machine, which isn't my favorite, but I feel like that is becoming the trend. Prices seem high. It was around $28 for two meals. The location is not the easiest to get to."
"Unhappy and still hungry. I have to quit trying to believe in this restaurant. It’s this location specifically… I limit myself to eating fast food rarely, but I really love Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwiches and their fries are usually amazing as well. So today was the day I wanted to treat myself. More than $10 later and 10 minutes of time in the drive-through… I drove away with my meal, anticipating the enjoyment. Naturally, I tried the fries first. Soggy. No salt. And I mean no salt at all. After eating the fries my fingers had no salt on them at all either. To be fair they were hot, but they were super soggy. Oh well move on to the sandwich. Wrapped in a chicken wrap or I unwrap it and find… A double cheeseburger. I don’t eat American cheese. I definitely don’t need American cheese on a burger. And the burger was… Almost cold. Due the 10 minutes I’d already spent in line I knew there was no reason to go back and try to do this all over… So I called the restaurant, but no but no one answered. In the past I have actually tried to go into the restaurant and was yelled at by the manager for coming inside. Not gonna go through that again either. Shame on me… This is not the first time I’ve had terrible service, long wait times in this drive-through, and even the wrong food. But it will be the last time."
"Went inside to order through the mobile app to get a special deal on my purchase. The manager asked if she could help and I told her I was using mobile ordering. I ordered and waited 10 minutes before going up to the counter to see where my order was. They had it ready and sat in the fry area without even calling out my name to tell me it was ready. I ordered iced tea with lemon and yellow sweetener. When I asked where my lemon was, she told me that they don't have lemons. I expressed that they should remove items from the app if they are not available. My grilled chicken was sloppy with too much honey mustard dressing on it. One leaf of romaine lettuce that didn't even cover half the bun. It wasn't hot and did not appeal to me. I was eating and watched a couple come in and went to the counter and waited for someone to come up front to take their order. You could hear them talking in the back area. No one came and it was about 3 minutes or so and the couple was peaking around the corner to see if they could get someone's attention. I finally went up to the counter and yelled 'Hellooooo!!!`. Finally, the manager came up. I expressed my frustration with her about not paying attention to people up front. I have worked in food service for over 34 years and this was unacceptable to not have someone stay up front to monitor customer flow. The menu board pricing is not up to date and had a handwritten sign on the menu board that was turned off. With technology, this is easy to fix, but just isn't being used and deceiving people with the wrong prices. We should know up front when ordering what we are paying instead of being surprised. My combo was $2.00 higher than listed on the menu. I will not return to this location."
