"Very poor service! I order cookie and cream, and the man looks at me as if I did something wrong! However, he eventually gave me the cookie and dough instead of my cookie and cream! I also ordered a mango smoothie, and guess what he made for me? A strawberry mango. He was extremely rude and angry when he handed me the smoothie that I had paid for. It used to be a favorite spot in the mall, but with this type of employee, it's a shambles."
"They had a great selection of ice cream to choose from, to the point where it is difficult to make decisions. Employees were friendly but spoke very quietly, so they were hard to hear. It is on the spendy side but they do have quality product."
"Ask for your receipt and check your receipt when you stop by here. I know the lines are normally long as it’s busy and the ice cream is good as well. However I have been here twice and on both occasions receipt did not match what I ordered. The item purchased was still delicious regardless.
