"i went to bk to enjoy a nice whopper meal with cheese, the food was hot, fresh and juicy. the service was fast i only waited for my food like 40 seconds. The lobby was really clean and organized with no type of trash laying around. The employees were nice especially Jonathan who had funny jokes as i was waiting and knows how to make good conversation. id go back again when i can and would definitely expect the same results."

"Asked for fresh fries at the drive-thru and was asked to pull up front after I paid for my order, waited a little bit and they came out with piping hot fries and piping hot food. Had horrible heartburn later but that was my fault for eating three spicy chicken sandwiches in 10 minutes lol"

"Honestly the worst one yet!!! Ordered our food which included a bacon melt never received it and it shows it on our reciept. Called and all we got was sorry. Coming from someone in the industry WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! In 3 YEARS we come to this one about 3x a month while not anymore considering accourding to the manager we are “horrible customers and wrong”"

"This location has been terrible for the last few months or more after their great manager of the last few years left. I'm sure she's on to bigger and better things. She was awesome! Now they have terrible service and product. I stopped going for at least a month after waiting close to a half hour for a single meal. The food was subpar. Today I decided to take a chance with them after work, since the next closest Burger King is over 20 minutes from my home. My onion rings were bad. I wish that was the worst thing. I ate close to 3/4 of my burger and found a LONG HAIR in it! I'm bald...... I immediately took the remainder back. They offered to make me another burger. There's NO WAY that I'd eat it. I asked for a refund. The GENERAL MANAGER got involved to process the transaction. He commented that the burger was almost gone, with an attitude. I kept my cool and asked if I'd done something wrong. I guess I was supposed to just throw the rest away and go on about my day..... The GENERAL MANAGER gave me a dry apology with my refund. I feel like I inconvenienced him. How would you feel if you found a hair in the burger that you were eating? What would you expect as an apology? Remember, I was dealing with the GENERAL MANAGER. No offer of a gift certificate or anything to keep me as a customer. I'm never going back there! I'll go out of my way to the other location."
