"What here for gas tonight. I had a coupon for seven cents a gallon off of gas. I had her scan it. I asked her before I even swiped my card will it take it off at the pump and she said yes even came out with me and said it’s gonna change and then looked at me and said I don’t know what happened. I don’t know how it works. How can an employee not know how it works Whoever was working the two ladies were too interested in being on their TikTok, and then working behind the counter, which is absolutely ridiculous. She said oh I can give you a refund that defeats the whole purpose of using the coupon in the first place. You would think they would be more into greeting their customers than being on TikTok."
