"Food was great! But when we went in the drive thru they gave us no receipt didn’t talk to us.but when we got to the food window. She literally had AirPods on didn’t know what she was doing I said extra ketchup she said what then litter lay sighed and rolled her eyes and gave it to us"

"Worst McDonald's ever, I'm embarrassed it's in our town. I've had so many negative experiences at this place I can't even count. Just tonight we went through the drive thru had a lady ask if we would-be using our mobile app, then sat there for 20 minutes until we drove around and saw they put a "we are closed" signed on the window and left a HALF HOUR before close. I will never return here and the manager who I have dealt with a few times should be fired. ...what a joke"

"Our food was put together terribly. My Big Mac was a bun, two patties on top with lettuce and pickles and the middle and top bun on top I was also charged the wrong price by $1.49. Terrible customer service. I never got a thank you, F you or any other reply. Everyone there must hate their job. I know one thing for sure is I will never go back there again. I tried leaving a review on their website and couldn’t even do that. They must have terrible management there or none at all."

"Stood at the counter waiting for about 4 minutes before someone even came over. And when they did they didn’t even say “hello”. The service here sucks! The drive in is so busy they skip on the service at the counter. I watched it happen to another person that walk in. The old guy with glass has not life! He looks like he’s dead walking to the counter. And what’s up with all the McDonalds giving half boxes of french fries? For what you pay I better get it full! This place is lucky I gave them one star!"
