Bruegger's Bagels

"Nothing against anyone that works here because this is not their fault. The new system they are using where you order at the register is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered plain bagels, not sliced and not with cream cheese or anything else. It has now been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting for my six bagels. Absolutely a terrible process. People with a simple order like mine should not have to wait for half an hour to get six bagels that aren't even sliced. Won't be returning to a Brueggers anytime soon."

"My boyfriend and me arrived a few minutes ago to the restaurant and the employees were so rude because they ignored us all the time when we tried to order, and they were not busy , we preferred to left the place, but is something sad that now the restaurant have a bad customer service"

"The food is always fantastic. However, it seems their order-ahead feature is disabled every few weeks. Not sure why, and it’s pretty frustrating when I often don’t have the time to stand in line for 20 minutes and wait when I could have made things easier for everyone and simply submitted an order so the staff know exactly what I want. They are missing out on a big revenue stream by not having this feature available as I often order $20+ worth of food on the order ahead feature. It also seems every time I do order ahead, I have to mentally tack on 10 minutes to the expected time the food will be ready as I have never actually had it ready by the time it says. I’ll simply have to order ahead at a different restaurant that has this convenience available. I hope they turn this feature back on! I’ve been missing my weekend bagels."

"Great fast service. Only three people in line and employee knew to call another employee up front. Clean and orderly, extra requests were asked and not assumed, love that!!! With that being said, I don’t love that brueggers got clever and started to charge an extra fifty cents both honey and butter on your bagel when before you could just grab it from the dispenser."

"Food is consistently good. However, restaurant consistently is short staffed on weekend mornings. Napkins are often not restocked promptly. Restaurant area also tends to get dirty (staff is needed to clean off tables and pick up after inconsiderate customers do not clean up after themselves)."
