"Ordered 6 bolts for $10 and they decided to use the most expensive shipping method after I paid which ended up being $26 in total for 6 bolts. I don't recommend ordering online from them, if you live nearby then you should just do a pickup."

"I inquired to see if my local True North had a rear service to front loader function hydraulic hose kit. They did not have it locally but told me they could get it within a day through sister dealer. I happened to be in the Mahnomen area anyway so knowing they had the part; called prior and they had it waiting before me. Very nice remodeled show room and friendly personnel! Lastly while researching the part I needed online I was pleased to see how competitive the local dealer was vs. online parts warehouses (same price)…….and I’d always rather buy in person / local when I can!"

"I bought an older john deere lawn mower a few months ago and at one point thought I lost the key to it. I went to john deere hoping to get a key and was surprised that they had a key for the lawn mower. Got excellent service from them and been wondering since then about how many people still run with the older ones in this area."

"Great service. New owners I guess. Lots of new people that are into the service and nice. Will take a little while for new staff to get in step. But they did great for me. Building remodel is very well thought out and my guess be done in a month or two. I was not treated well with old leadership. But I gave a second chance glad I did as the new group is great.
