"This was an initial encounter, and there were several busy personnel and I was able to Speak with Bill Martodam who was very knowledgeable about stock on hand and interested in verifying what size of Zero-turn I was looking for. It seems that Bill may have a principal stake in this location that he shares with his brother. Bill was very personable and an asset to the lasting success of this local business. "I had a problem with a snowblower impeller shear pin that was sheared off and I couldn't get it out of the shaft. I called RDO in Hawley expecting I wouldn't able to get my blower fixed and would have to leave it. Long story short, I live 25 miles from the Hawley RDO on a long rural driveway buried in snow. The folks at RDO got my blower in and fixed it in about an hour so I could get my driveway cleared. Thanks Gary and staff!"
