"The lack of friendliness was incredible. I expressed, 'good morning', in a friendly way and they just behaved like I was bothering them. I just decided to get a cup of coffee as the menu changed and nothing was appealing. I waited, (no kidding) 10 minutes for my coffee. They put in cream and sugar, and I didn't ask. Previous visits, I put my own in. Way too much cream and 2 sugar's. I asked why she put it in and her answer was you said you were going to put it in it. I said, I thought the cream and sugar was out on the counter, sugar was, but not the cream. I said, you never even asked how much, you just put it in. Just looked at me. The friend with me order donut and a coffee. A different server grabbed a donut without a sheet of wax paper and dropped it in a bag. He got his coffee after 10 minutes and it was like they brew for just one coffee at a time, it was so thick. This Crew did not know how to make coffee or any customer service skills! We will not be going back. Floor was filthy, service countertops dirty, no napkins, trash cans full. It was clear that the emphasis here was on drive-thru, not walk-ins."

"4 versus 5 star only because their breakfast sandwiches aren’t served hot or even warm. They’re almost cold and the cheese isn’t melted. Had them a few times and the same every time. Customer service is good though!!"
