"The food and service are always good and consistent, I've been here several times and always enjoyed it. I wouldn't really come in here to stay since sometimes when I come, they don't really have seating. I'm not sure if that was from covid or not since it's been pretty irregular. The Golden Milk tea and Thai milk tea are my sister and I's favorite thing. However, we haven't really tried a lot."

"Definitely a fun spot to hangout with friends or just to stop in and get a fun treat. They have two digital ordering machines, sometimes I’ve come in and they are both working, sometimes only one, and other times neither and there is someone at the front counter to take your order. I’m not sure if that is technical issues or not. Their selection of beverages is quite broad, I’ve only ordered two items that were not drinks, the bubble waffle with strawberries and the shaved coconut! Both were delicious! I do have to say I prefer the drinks though! I find the large a little too much, but that’s just my preference. It’s usually too sweet and I don’t end up finishing it. However, there digital ordering has a very nice option of choosing the level of sweetness that you want! I’m sure if you’d ask in person they would adjust it for you as well. There is usually seating available, but I have been in the store when most of the seating is taken up by groups of friends hanging out and talking! I love that the seating is super fun and unique, there are even couches! definitely an inviting place for people to gather. Unfortunately the more people ordering, the longer the wait is for you, but that just shows that each drink is specifically made to the order. I can’t speak for everyone’s orders, but all of mine have been authentic to my request. I usually type in “no boba please” in the notes and they always follow through! "Burnsville location was outstanding for years but it appears to have had some staff changes or something; but quality and service has gone down significantly. Last time, I had a Large Avocado that they made as a regular. They remade it…and it was about 1-2” below the top—so basically a regular in a large cup. This trip, I got the Mango Tangi Biing and now, unlike the photo and previous experiences, it’s less than half a strawberry thinly sliced. Hope it improves; it’s a sad thing to see."

"I love the Tii Cup in Knollwood, but this location is really different in atmosphere. It’s very clearly a former Cherry Berry location but it looks like they never bothered to clean up any of the seating or even wipe down the walls. The tables were gross, some of the chairs were cracked. They added lights over the food area but the back seating area was unlit and had boxes overflowing. I had a Biing, and it was good but I would not come here again because of the interior."

"This is my home Tii Cup, the drinks are always good. Sometimes they get busy over the summer and there can be a wait but there is an option to order online to expedite the process. This location only has Boba, Bing and Waffles. There is no popcorn chicken here unfortunately. Tii Cup is the best boba place."
