"Love supporting Asian-owned businesses, especially when they are this yummy! It’s rare to find coffee shops with flavors like pandan and ube, and Caphin had nailed it for the most part. I do wish the flavors were more pronounced. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable; great for meeting with people, but could be a bit cramped if you’re parking it to get some work done. Staff was so nice as well. There are many unique flavors that I have not seen at other coffee shops in Minnesota, I am so excited to go back to try the egg coffee! Note that it is a bit pricey for a cup of coffee, but it is worth to treat yourself once in a while :)"

"Love this! Locally women owned, spreading diversity in our coffee options they have a private lot and street parking, nearby shopping. To go parking offered. We stopped in midday there was no line and ordered to go a ube coffee and pandan both were made quickly and hit the spot. They offer whole milk, almond, oat. Inside had plenty of seating and tables to have nice convos with friends or just a space to study etc Two unisex bathrooms inside They will be offering banh mi and bao banhs very soon and I’m looking to return to try their other coffee selections."

"Visited during the soft opening. Really good coffee, great space, great service. This was my first Vietnamese coffee and the barista had great explanations and recommendations. Several tables and wifi available. Price comparable to nearby coffee shops. Would definitely recommend!"

"I happened to stop here, hoping it would be open! I’ve followed Caphin for a few years. Since it was the soft opening, there was not a full menu. However, I got my vietnamese iced coffee. Wow! Definitely packs a punch! I can’t wait to try more on their menu, especially the ube drinks. Service was quick, the space is large. I definitely would work from here. Parking was easy to find."
