McDonald's

"It would appear there is no "fat guy" anymore. This is a pleasant development until I see him again. For those of you reading this who've not seen my former review, I complained about a fat man who ruined my experience here by not only swearing in conversation with customers, but to my grandmother. The formerly mentioned conversations having held up the line SEVERAL times."

"My kids got Shingella from this McDonald's. It's a type of Ecoli that is only found in feces. Someone had it and touched the food after using the bathroom and not washing their hands. The CDC contacted me when my kids were diagnosed. I don't recommend this location at all."

"First of all, this place is not open 24 hours. Secondly, we arrived around 9:10 pm (Monday 2 weeks ago) and through the window we could see several people (adults + children) sitting at a table near the door. The signs on the doors indicated that the dining room should still be open but when we attempted open them all doors appeared to be locked. When we came back to the other door, one of the employees had propped open (I assumed to escort out their "peeps" that we saw sitting inside earlier). When the employee returned and saw us going inside she stated that the dining room was closed because the drink machine in the eating area wasn't working. We ended up using the drive through, our food was subpar, and moderately warm. How hard is it to handwrite a sign and stick it on the doors so people know what's up? Do they not have paper, writing utensils, or tape in there? Even a napkin, paper towel, or paper bag could suffice and one of those labels they use to seal the bags. This has happened to me at other locations and even outside of MN. Corporate should send our some giant window clings that say "DRIVE-THRU ONLY, DINING ROOM CLOSED" to all McDonald's. Seriously disappointed."

"There was PLASTIC inside my burger!!! My friend and I had been driving around at 11pm trying to find a fast food place that was open. We pull up to this McDonald's after trying our luck elsewhere, super hungry at this point. He ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, we pulled off onto the highway and decided we didn't want to wait anymore. So he takes a bite and there's a huge chunk of tape or some type of plastic packaging inside the burger. I spent 15 bucks on food and now am not touching any of it. I tried calling the restaurant a couple times immediately but it rang and rang until I finally got a dial tone. I'm furious and disgusted. And still hungry!!!!"

"I have had a few bad experiences with this McDonald's but because it's my son's favorite and the closest to me I tend to go back. Well wrong choice today! I order a quarter pounder no cheese just pickle and bacon amongst other things and because I have had issues I checked to make sure it was the way I ordered it. It wasn't! I went back through the drive-thru, told the mgr it was wrong and how I wanted it done so she says go wait and we'll remake it. Ok so she brings it out, I go home give it to my son and it had cheese on it. Now I'm livid so I drove back and went inside this time and she apologized, asked I wanted something for the inconvenience and I said big mac. This time she tells me I watched them make it, I promise no cheese and I threw in small fries. Get home the qp is right this time but the big mac and fries were horrible! The bun was hard to the point of cracking, the meat was dried out and the lettuce was brown! The fries were dried out as well and had no salt on them whatsoever!! Talk about adding insult to injury I'm going to have to drive the extra distance to another one because I almost feel like it's intentional!"
