"Visited yesterday for my birthday drink, and I was standing waiting for my mobile order. It was maybe a couple minutes, and then I started wondering if I hadn't gone to the wrong place, and pulled up the app again, when one of the baristas asked what I was waiting for. I said the drink, and then noticed that the address on my order was not this location. I told her, oh no, I think I went to the wrong place. She told me, don't worry about it, we'll make your drink! This is great customer service: she observed a need and then met that need with no prompting or self benefit. Thank you for a great birthday experience!"
"Plan ahead note: the bathrooms are accessed through Bruegger’s (straight to the back) Review: Love this Caribou! I often stop here after picking up bagels next store. The baristas are always great and when I do mobile orders, my drink is always sitting and waiting for me. Never had an issue at this location."
"My all time favorite location ever. My family even my 7 year old ( who loves the hot chocolate and cider) loves this location. Its clean, quite and cozy. If they make a mistake they own it. The staff their is very engaging and they are knowledgeable.. love them"
