"Every time we order from this location we are disappointed. Absolutely horrible service & the quality of the food is just as terrible. We’ve given this location multiple chances from mobile orders to in person. Last week it took us 45 mins to get a mobile order for 2 sandwiches. When we went to pick it up the 2 girls behind the counter FAUGHT about who printed the ticket before either of them even started it. Today we mobile ordered and our sandwich had so much mayo on it, it was inedible. Absolutely disgusting. We don’t think we’ll be back."

"Bad customer service. All the ladies there looked bored and rushed customers to make their order immediately. The lady making my sandwich quietly commented to her co-worker about my sandwiches having too much sauce, and then they chuckled. I have been to this subway many times, and each time I went, the service was horrible. I can guarantee you that I'm not coming back."

"Arrived at this Subway around dinner time, only to find out there was only one girl working all alone. There were 5 people waiting for pickup orders and three additional people waiting to order. The girl working was very polite, even as stressed as she was. She did tell everyone waiting it would be sometime, as she had several pickup orders and continued to tell people as they walked in. After waiting 10 minutes I decided to leave. Very disappointing to arrive at that time of day and to see one girl working so hard. Took my Subway business to the Isanti store- in and out!"

"This location let's you use coupons and makes great sandwiches unlike Coopers Corner Subway on Hwy 65. Both women working were awesome to speak to and deal with! For this reason we go back to this location miles away from our home! Thanks Ladies"
