Taco Bell

"It's nice to make people wait about 15 minutes and by the time you get up to order. Sorry but we're closed. I got there about 12:15 and got told they were closed at 12:30 instead of 1:00. We have had service get screwed up alot. We got food that wasn't ours, we don't get all the trimmings for what I ordered. I'm very disappointed with this store in Brookings, SD. If they don't want to serve at 12:30. They should just close at 12:00, like everything else. I just felt they purposely held the line so they could waste your time and then tell u we are close. ."

"We stopped right at closing time for some food on our way home to Watertown, and the employees were super pleasant, although it was ten minutes to close, and the food was hot and tasty! Thank you for filling out bellies while everywhere else was closed and for the excellent service!"

"The new set up to take your own order..unimpressive. Whats the point of employee's? We dont go out much..the whole deal was just horrible. We got glazed over looks from employee's when we asked something, the dining room was dirty with no clean tables. They didnt have the iced coffee my other half ordered..and since staff didnt wait on us..we didnt have a clue. There was also no ice in the pop machine. For as expensive as the food was..the quality needs to be better."

"Worst taco bell I've been to. I'm hardly a connoisseur, but 99% of the time I go a TB it's quick, simple, and employees are incredibly chill. Here, however, despite being the only customer in line, I had to wait almost a minute at the drive thru speaker. Ordered two of one simple item. Sit at the window for 5 minutes, employee says nothing and takes my card. 5 more minutes I get my food, employee still silent. I get home and they managed to get the simplest order of the only customer at the time wrong. The food was okay I guess, whatever it was they gave me. I'm just amazed someone managed to turn TB into a bad time."

"We waited at the ordering box for 10 minutes as they said they were short staffed. Ok fine. Then we get to the window and 1 guy is walking around and 1 guy is on his phone. We ordered 2 nacho fries, they made 1 order and put it in 2 cups. We would wait, just tell us to pull around to make another. Also I have never gotten a spicy potato soft taco that didn’t have 2 day old hard inedible potatoes on it. Rock hard potatoes. This is at 6:00 at night. Again I would wait however long it took to make new food and I think a lot of people would. It is clear that the management here is non existent or incompetent. Too bad to because we like Taco Bell. Corporate needs to step in here or this location will not make it."
