"Rough interaction inside, didnt seem like they wanted to help. Edit: I’ll be more clear, ive been into this place a dozen times, bought speaker wire, amp installation kit, and general help on car audio issues i would run into and usually they do their best to help and seen knowledgable hence 3 stars. My issue was, the battery of the car was being drained since I, myself installed a radio, with the parts that were suggested by the people that work there. I go back to mach1 because i decide i dont want to even mess with it after failing the first time. When i bring the car back there, months later, they tell me i need specific parts, other than the parts they instructed to buy in the first place. The quote was then,,, $700 and some change. The only thing mentioned while we left, was that yall were a waste of time and money, which would be correct, no? Brought my car somewhere else, half the cost and half the headache."

"I can't say enough nice things about Mach 1 on Rice Street!!! I rarely write reviews but the entire staff deserves one. I thought my automatic start they installed was acting up because I couldn't lock my doors. So they got me right in immediately even though I didn't have an appt. The technician came back and showed me and explained that he had tested the remote start and it was working correctly but that a factory installed part was malfunctioning. He gave me the info I would need to have this checked out at the dealer. He was thorough and so helpful and get this......he didn't charge me for his time! These guys are great. Thank you!!"
