"This is simultaneously the best and worst Broadway location. Bottom line: super inconsistent. Three orders ago, a perfect Broadway pizza. The last two orders: one had not nearly enough sauce, and the other was very undercooked"

"This is my favorite place to order a deep dish pizza. It is a preferred balance of all ingredients, and the crust is fantastic. My niece ordered a gluten free crust and really loved it as well."

"I’ve been eating here for well over a decade and usually pay in cash. Tonight I used my credit card and when paying noticed a price higher than quoted on the phone. When I asked about the discrepancy they said that they charge the customer the fees associated with the credit card transaction. I asked why they don’t tell people that when they order because a couple of bucks matter to some of us. The employee offered to give corporates number as a solution. My solution is simpler, let others know and then go to one of the many other pizza places. FYI, I don’t have a problem with this if the business lets you know ahead of time."

"It's unclear when you first walk in to the restaurant if you should sit and be served our walk up to the counter. We walked up to the counter and ordered take-out pizzas. It would've been smarter to order online and then pickup rather than order at the counter and wait. The wait time was less than 20 minutes, so not awful. We were inspired to go there for the free kids pizza on Mondays. It was around $20 for a medium sausage and kids cheese plus tip. Still pretty high prices for a pizza. The service was good and helpful."
