"Came here with my 2014 Subaru Forester for the first time for an oil change. A team member said both my front and rear brake pads needed to be urgently replaced, and everything else on my car looked good as they did a free inspection. The next day I brought my car to Tuan Auto Repair, and he said my brake pads still have 50% life left, but I need a new ball joint and wheel bearing and hub assembly. Why did Saint Paul Automotive say my brake pads needed to be replaced within a few weeks, and they didn't notice I needed a new ball joint, wheel bearing, and hub assembly? Disappointing first experience!"
"I have been a customer for more that 20 years. The new management is not good. I just had almost $900 of service done. It was time to do an oil change according to the sticker on the windshield. My maintenance light is on so apparently the oil change wasn't done. The skinny guy with black hair was very unaccomodatimg. I'm taking my business elsewhere."
"Dishonest business. They advertise $29.95 synthetic oil change but ripped off my teenage son and charged him over $100. They told him it’s $29.95 is amount off and not the price. Their flyers never mention this. I will be going to Midas from now on."
