Since their management changed a couple years back their communications is even better than before. The filter makes our well water soft and filters out natural occurring rust found in this lakes area region. The water is safe to use without this service but I feel the cost is worth the benefits for washing cloths and showering. A little touch of luxury that our guests and family notice and appreciate.
