"I have used the Culligan Water Softener Company since I started my family in 1996. We have had some of the worst water at places we have lived and Culligan has always come through by giving us the perfect water for our home to drink, shower, and wash our clothes. They are definitely a 5 Star establishment to our family."

"Apparently the card they had on file expired. Customer service person that called to tell me my bill was past due was so rude. I told her I didn't understand why because I was on AUTO PAY. No need to act like I'm a dead beat that doesn't pay my bills; just tell me the card has expired and you need me to update it. Jeez!"

"This is the 18th year we’ve had Culligan water softener filters delivered every two weeks to an our seasonal home and during this time their customer service is stellar. Since their management changed a couple years back their communications is even better than before. The filter makes our well water soft and filters out natural occurring rust found in this lakes area region. The water is safe to use without this service but I feel the cost is worth the benefits for washing cloths and showering. A little touch of luxury that our guests and family notice and appreciate. I recommend them."
