"The service was great and the drink was okay. However, this location needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Everything is filthy, the floors, the surfaces, and the bathroom I used was the worst I've seen in an establishment for a long time. It was disgusting and didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. I was reluctant to even order a drink here because of how dirty it was. I've never visited a Starbucks and experienced this."

"Look, I've been to lots of Starbucks in my life (from moving, traveling, etc.) but this particular one stands out to me for 3 reasons (even if it's just my personal experience): 1. The baristas are incredibly hospitable and personable - and it's consistently that way! It might be a SUPER busy day with cars lined up outside and people waiting inside for their mobile order, but the personable hospitality remains. 2. Speed - the crew here has a great rhythm going! Even if there's a little bit of a wait they'll still acknowledge you and let you know they're working on your drink. I imagine they do a great job training everyone here to keep that rhythm going while maintaining a level of politeness in the midst of a hectic time of day. 3. Safe - there were a couple of times this location needed to shut down for a few days due to employee illness. They didn't take any chances so they decided it was in the best interest of everyone (staff and customers) to close up until they deemed it safe for everyone again. Props to them!"
