Was told they had a 1 year warranty and at 13 months old, they completely stopped working. couldn't call get ahold of customer service at FVP directly so I called the retailer and they would not honor the warranty or provide any compensation. I'd love answers from anybody. Please listen to your answering machine and please call me back."
