I wish they had more food options. I got a roll once which I thought was overpriced for a piece of bread. I just make sure I eat first now before I go."
"It’s a lovely, laidback neighborhood cafe. I happen to find it on Google Map and am so glad I stopped by. Latte and a pumpkin bar with cream cheese frosting were fantastic. Every food item is made by the shop. There is a shaded outdoor area, great for working on your laptop, and a walk-up window on Bryant Ave for a quick grab’n go. I felt the owner is really investing in the quality. Recommended."
"I’ve been going to Canteen consistently for 5 years—the space is so sunny and great for studying/working, enjoying a quiet morning by yourself, or meeting up with a friend on the patio. Love that it’s woman-owned (the owner is great) and very much a neighborhood spot. Excellent coffee and house-made treats (granola, bars, nut butters/jams). Also appreciate the new addition of the walk-up window."
