Everyone was so kind and friendly, they talked me through every step and made me feel so comfortable without talking down to me like some car places have a tendency of doing. "Went to JiffyLube today and one of the employees seemed especially hostile to me. More like changing a light bulb wasn’t worth his time. Said something along the lines of “c’mon man, you don’t even know how to turn on the lights for a replaced bulb”. I turned them on after they asked, apparently it took too long for them because I didn’t think I needed to. All I could hear was him talking to his manager. Might try another car shop next. It shouldn’t be a big deal to tell them which bulb was burnt out, but they needed proof of their own. One employee seemed particularly impatient. That’s fine if you want people like that working at your shop, just know that the next customer might not be as nice as I was. It’s not worth wasting my time arguing with lube technicians or whatever their title is on exactly what I’m supposed to do when I enter the car. The only guy that seemed nice ran the bill for me. I’m not trying to give you guys a bad look, but I wouldn’t let that pass in the worst circumstances. Seems like that’s the nature of the location. Plenty of people have given good reviews and the only other bad one I saw was about the customer service. I can pay for the work on my car no problem. I don’t expect to be rushed and told like I child that I don’t know how to turn the lights on my own vehicle. I’m certain that I weren’t alone the person who was with me would have been embarrassed too. Without getting further into it, I really think they have an attitude problem. I’ve been places where I have felt like commenting about customer service, but none as bad as this."
