"I brought my car in a few years ago for an oil pump replacement. They gave it back after a month of delays and said I needed a new engine, I took it to another mechanic and he found that they put my timing belt back on wrong and wrecked the valves, as well as finding fire extinguisher residue so at some point they had to put out a fire on my car. I had to have it rebuilt by another mechanic and Tom did not return my emails asking for reimbursement."
