"Great family owned business with a home town attitude and service. Laurie has always been super helpful on the phone for advice and scheduling. Curt has fixed our dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Excellent results each time. It is great to have Alexandria Appliance there when we need them."

"We have had nothing but bad service after bad service from this place. The woman who answers the phone and makes the appointments has been beyond rude acting as if a customer is inconveniencing her. She says she will call you back and then you may be lucky if you hear back that week. This is not a way to treat a customer and not at all how someone should act if they are representing a business. We have even stopped in person to talk with them to set up an apt and again she is nothing but rude. If she hates her job that much she needs to find a new one."
