"Have lived in this area a long while and occasionally use the McD's drive through. I usually avoid peak busy lunch times. 1 out of 4 visits it takes way too long to get my simple order. Employees are always friendly, and food is always well prepared. Wish I could give 5 stars but those random 10-15 min waits are frustrating."

The wait time was approximately 30 minutes, and upon receiving my order, I discovered that several items were missing. Additionally, the tables were noticeably dirty, contributing to an overall unpleasant dining environment. This experience fell short of my expectations. I believe constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope you can address these concerns promptly."

"Customer service is very poor. Beyond being busy and triaging customers, the staff deliberately ignore customers. I waited at the front counter to get someone’s attention. I waited for a long moment (approximately 2-3 minutes) when no one turned around to notice a handful of customers waiting at the front, I poked my head beyond the counter to get someone’s attention and was told to stay back without acknowledging the fact that we needed service. 2 more minutes passed and the worker came to the front desk to take a customers order, complete a transaction and turn around to go back to the packing station. No further acknowledgment of my request for assistance, even though I was in front of the customer. This was deliberate, poor, and rude customer service. Shame on you for this type of customer service. Management must take this as a training opportunity."
