"Came in waited 5 mins walked up and down the aisles of empty store to find nobody on floor or in back of store or behind desk finally after 10 mins at 10am on a Sunday morning…some light skin black girl showed up said she’s a supervisor..refused to give me her name …also refused to help me find any type of oil I was looking for…very simple request. Refused to give me her bosses name or supervisor business card or number. She did not want to assist me in any type of way, shape or form treated me as a nuisance as I was interrupting her conversation in the bathroom or smoke session in the back room posssible with another person. When I couldn’t find the type of oil I need, some older sweet lady came to my aid after I asked both of them again for help .. her name was Brandi she gets 4 stars she helped when the phyco “ nameless supervisor” started having a melt down."

They were also sincere in providing an environment where they didn’t seem to mind a customer walked in who had no clue where to start with a random part they hadn’t thought of until it went bad. I’ll definitely go out of my way to stop here from now on when the next thing inevitably goes kaput!"
