"I had been a customer for years then bought a keurig machine and was really tight on money so had to quit buying for a bit. Got a new coffee machine for Christmas and knew I had to have my good coffee again so I am back!!! Best coffee out there. And when it comes in the mail and I open the box and the aroma permeates the whole house you know you got good fresh roasted coffee."

"RUDE, SHORT SIGHTED & ELITIST STAFF. I requested information and pricing on their products, and instead received an email telling us that it takes too much time and money to on-board new clients and they weigh each application to determine if there is a high probability of a ROI. Basically, we don't think you'll be successful enough to keep buying from us. Newsflash, I wasn't applying, I was interviewing you, and you can bet we'll never carry your product. Next time, call your "potential" clients and learn more about their projects. Absolutely outrageous, and unprofessional behavior. If my staff did that, they'd be fired."
