"First the good. Easy to make an appt. Staff were always courteous and professional to speak with. The frustrating parts- I brought in at about 8 am day 1. I stated I would like it by 4 pm. They found some other things wrong, but would work on them and the adjusted time was the end of the day or right away the next day. I called at 10:30am the next morning and they said I should get a call shortly for it being done. I called again after 3 pm and they said it should be done any time. Close to 4 pm is quite a bit different than "right away in the morning" I know things occur, and had that been communicated that would have been fine. i was offered a car to use at the beginning and I should have taken that. That is on me. One of the original things i stated I would like looked at is the windshield washer fluid was not spraying. I put it in the comments on line when I made the appt. I stated it when I dropped it off. Driving home after spending over 2 grand, they did not work. I looked at the work order and it simply stated that sprayers would need to be replaced. I have no idea why that was not done. A bit disappointing due to really wanting to make sure this was fixed. I guess it is on to youtube and amazon for me to do myself. Not a horrible experience but a couple disappointing things. This is in no way meant to trash the business. I felt comfortable in how they communicated what was wrong with the car and did not feel they were unethical or trying to scam me. I just felt those those two things they fell a little short. I will likely give them another try as there was nothing egregious and both things I was a bit dissatisfied with were pretty minor. If I do try it again and it goes well I will add a 5 star review in fairness."

"I only needed a alignment and received one. Steering wheel was off a tad. The fix loosen two hex nuts on the outer tie rod at best a ten minute fix. When l stopped back to see if l could set up a appointment mike wanted to make a big deal out of this but set up the appointment anyway . And they fixed it yep less than ten minutes. See they take it for the test drive and it's there opinion it straight it's not up to you. But there wrong. Loosen two hex nuts walla it's fixed. Angry tech who needed to be schooled it's my vehicle my steering wheel don't be such a angry cuss . This same tech used a channel lock and vice grips as the wrenches which rounded the hex head nuts. Instead of using a box end open end wrench to fit properly. Laziness attitude ticked off because of a redo. l read the one star reviews if it doesn't please mike he has no record of that person . But all five stars boy he has complete memory recall on every single one of them. Guess it pays to boot lick. I've lived in Brooklyn Park for 42 years driven by this shop many times never really paid attention and will continue to do so. They did serve a purpose as I don't have a alignment rack but the skill set to wrench on my own vehicle. He mike likes to up sale and in a people business is rough around the edges the intimidator tried the brake scare tack on me. For folks that are at his mercy lay the plastic down hope for the best . I'm sure he has no record of me but Mike ask for my invoice number lm pleased as punch to provide it for you. Im half way between brown nosing pandering to you and being on your no record of me lol. Some advice Mike throw crack a smile in and stop trying to weasel another buck out of folks fix your screws ups own it when you screw up last l checked you breathe air just like the rest of us earthlings."
