Pho Viet 45

"Really enjoyed the Thai chicken. Vegetable fresh and cooked well. Has mediocre tables and booths. Does a lot of takeout business. Food was served quickly and hot."

"Wow, what a food journey! Ordered Pho Tom to eat for lunch. Don't ever need to try anyone else's Pho, nor make it myself ever again. Fresh ingredients and the broth flavor was delicious. They have 9 variations of Pho. A chef I know recommended the Pho Tom. Now I want to try the rest. I still have 3 cups left that I might try to freeze. Why freeze it? I bought supper in advance from there, including appetizers. Egg rolls, spring rolls, and cream cheese wontons. Sampled the wonton when I got home, and it was good. The orders to go were Bun Tom Thit Nuong (shrimp) and Cashew Chicken. The bun is calling my name, but I have to wait for dinner. There's so much more to try. Great location, too, so close to the Twin Cities - Delano. FYI, both dinners were excellent!! Tried Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio on 1/30/23. Nummy. Delicious pork and egg roll. Next time, I may try their sandwiches."

"I’m very happy to have this place around! We don’t live near much for great pho joints, so we were very excited to find this place offers a great bowl of pho. The egg rolls and fried pork dumplings were also just what we wanted. To top it off, the service was quick and friendly. I certainly hope to be back and try some other dishes."

"Amazing food! This is a new restaurant in the same location as the old Chinese restaurant. The food, presentation wait staff and price are perfect. I've been there 3 times since they have opened and the food is consistent. If you didn't know, the "Popular Entrees" are available in lunch sizes and you get rice and an egg roll. You can substitute the rice for fried. Make sure you order the egg rolls. They are AMAZING and their fish sauce is on par to being perfect. Enjoy this place. The only drawback is that there isn't much seating so watch out for the busy times. We have NOT run into a time where there wasn't seating but with food like this, PhoViet 45 will get discovered and enjoyed my many."
