"Waited 15 minutes in Mobile delivery spot Had to call store ask them if they received my order and still waited a few more minutes after that. Milkshake was melted 2 sprites had hardly any ice still left in them. And give us one free pie woohoo. It was not busy and at least 10 other cars went through the drive through before we got our food."

"they took 20+ minutes to bring 2 coffees out to my friend and I, while bringing food out to cars after us. The worker came to the car and proceeded to tell us someone threw out the receipts and had to ask us our order again."

"When you pay money for food you expect to get your complete order and what you paid for so when you order a medium fry you expect to get a medium fry not a small fry in a medium box! I would have went in but i had a sleeping kid in the back seat. I had it ran put because I was on a time limit and the drive through had a few cars in line. Also tired of ordering my sandwiches without condiments and getting everything on them it's super annoying I don't complain about it alot because I just scrape it off if I can tolerate it but again you order and ask for it a certain way you expect it to be made that way because that's what you paid for! also I added bacon and cheese THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR and didn't receive it I got a chicken sandwich with Mayo and lettice and nothing else. I know mistakes are made but lately it's been ALOT and it's a waste of money to pay for something that you didn't receive!"
