"Lots of items, most far too high priced for Tru thrift store shoppers. Employees at the register were rude and disrespectful. I travel the state reviewing thrift stores, this is the first one I gave ever found such disappointment in. I hope they get different management so they can get on track. Hoping to be able to update later with a better rating"

"I came with a friend. Handicap parking may be available, but I can't say. I was dropped off at the front of the store. The inside is huge. NO electric carts, but they do have push style grocery carts. I did not see any wheelchairs. If I could walk very far, I could get lost and spend all day and several hundred dollars here. Great prices! There may be bathrooms, but I didn't see any, ask. When I could no longer walk or stand, I asked for a chair, and they located one, thank you!"

"Used to love coming here- we always found cool things at great prices. But our most recent visit was very disappointing. The management might need some training on the new cost of items. Most namebrand clothing items were marked more expensive than if you were to buy new. $20 on Target, Shopko and Walmart brand clothing items. $45 for an Under Armor sweatshirt in fair condition??"
