"Worst McDonald's experience. Waited over 20 minutes for the food to be cold and incorrect. Wrong sauce for the nuggets, gave plain dry burgers instead of adding big Mac sauce to them even though we were charged for it. We were the only people there on a Sunday afternoon so it's not like they could've switched our order with someone else. The ladies were also rude."

"Live right by here and come here often enough. The last few times the service has been horrendous. I’m currently sitting waiting for my takeout order that was placed 30 min ago for only chicken nuggets. 8 people have gotten their orders before me, 4 with kids meals (so obviously chicken nuggets). Literally 3 or 4 people inside eating, otherwise completely dead inside. No reason to take this long. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. This one is a POS."

"We waited 15 minutes after paying until going inside. Someone else who had been waiting 30 minutes also went in. Our food was sitting on the counter, the person who is supposed to be running the food out had headphones in, not running food. There was also a woman already in there complaining about how long it took to get her food. We didn’t get our entire order so we had to go back in. While eating my very Luke warm fries, I pulled a small curly hair off of my lip that must have come off of my fries. NASTY!!!!! Never have I had such an awful experience with a McDonald’s and that’s saying a lot."

"Most of the people working here are rude- like, won't say "hi" or anything kind of rude. You can really feel how much they loathe their jobs. I couldn't understand what the woman asked about my order, thought it was about the drink (it wasn't showing on the screen yet) so I repeated the drink choice- no problem. She snapped back louder with, "SAUCE"....I didn't want sauce, thanks. Hardly something to get uptight about. Most the time one lane is down- seems they can't keep their staff long. It still takes forever to go through the drive through regardless of how long the line is or isn't. Tonight the guy handing out food was new to me- he was very kind, took his time, but I didn't mind because we had a pleasant exchange. I think people would be far less pressed with an attitude ordering if the staff wasn't so short and pissy... in turn the response to the staff will be better and maybe they won't hate it so much to be there. Just a thought."

"We stopped here on our way to St. John’s, and waited 45 minutes for our mobile order. There were 6 or 7 working, but they could not fulfill orders. Really poor service, and unfortunately a staff that was really challenged in doing their jobs. When we finally got our food after asking 4 times, one of the sandwiches was hard as a rock and not edible."
