Starbucks

"I have been to many Starbucks surrounding Monticello and beyond, but I will go out of my way to go to the Starbucks in Rogers because the service there is always fast, friendly, and the drinks are full of flavor! I have had issues with other locations of Starbucks whether that is long waiting times (even when it is not busy), order mess-ups, or my drink not tasting right, but nothing like this has ever happened at the Rogers location. The employees are also amiable, whether that is from them starting a conversation with you or complimenting you. I also find that my order, a strawberry acai refresher with lemonade, always tastes significantly better and has more flavor at this location. If you are ever driving through Rogers, or don’t mind driving there, and are craving a Starbucks drink, you should stop at the Starbucks over by Chipotle and Noodles and Company."

"I always stop at Starbucks before I head to work in the am. My FAVORITE part of every day is when they add fun little drawings, or misspell my name on purpose. It makes me laugh and keeps me coming back :) love the window employees so much!"

"I ordered a drink with dragon fruit, they didn’t put any Barrie’s in it. I asked him to remake the drink cause it tasted pretty bad and they didn’t. Arizona had a horrible attitude when I asked her to add more Barries at least to my drink cause I usually get this drink at different stores perfect but there’s always a problem with my drinks in this store."

"I love Starbucks, the atmosphere is usually so friendly however today I was at the Rogers Minnesota location and a young lady with a name tag Jenna seemed to enjoy making her coworkers uncomfortable with her bossy condescending behavior towards them. They were so sweet n kind too. It made me really sad, I hope management has a chat with her on how to be professionally respectful no matter what level you are at your job."
