"Ok so I'm not the person that Caribous, with this being only my second time ever at a drive thru coffee house only because I forgot i had used up the bean at the house the morning before. I was titillated with the eight dollar charge for a cup of black coffee and a sliver of very delicious coffee cake. Eight dollars and some change. Eight dollars five days a week! It'd be cheaper to find a godamn pusher man then to fix out at Caribou Every morning. The coffee cake was fabulous and for that I will return.. Remember this my colleagues of caffeine The best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup."

"Hello! I am a consistent regular at this location and love love love the staff here!! But today I went through the drive through with my family and when my sister was ordering on the speaker in the drive through, the women running the drive through window at approximately 9:20am 11/3/2023 was Sooooo RUDE!!!! I could not believe how rude and unkind she was, and she was definitely a new face I haven’t seen before. I will continue to go here, but I did not appreciate the guest interaction, especially after spending $40 there:( I hope a conversation is had with this employee. She was an older shorter women."

"Don’t order a matcha you won’t get a full cup. We’ve been going here for months with no problems now all of a sudden there’s a new person there and we’re getting half of our beverage and mostly foam. When asked for less foam I was told “we will try” and again it’s mostly foam hardly any drink in it. So basically I order a XL AND PAY for an XL but am only getting a med drink.and NO It’s NOT “the way they make the drinks” because BEFORE the new staff the cups were full we got what we paid for. I’m the picture below u can see where the ice sets on the DRINKABLE part of the drink this is and the rest is FOAM. I would really just like to get what I paid for."
