Literally every time I purchase any of them, they are either overcooked or had CLEARLY been sitting out too long as they are hard. I used to work at a holiday and I know how brainless it is to put food in the oven. You simply need to put it in and select which snack is cooking and it automatically times it. The frequency of snacks being overdone is inexcusable and ridiculous."
