"I base these reviews on expectations and based on what I expect from a fast food joint, this place blew all expectations away. Service was top notch and food came out super fast. This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere but seems to stay busy. Restaurant and tables were all clean. Cashier was very friendly. They even had a guy who was dressed in the classic style of what you’d expect to see at a 1950’s car hop. Awesome! Food was hot and fresh, not to mention delicious and came out to $13 a person! Very reasonable! The cherry on top was the FRESH root beer which was amazing and only made better with a frozen mug so cold it froze the top of the beverage. Wow! We pass by here on the way to the cities and this will definitely be on our must stop list going forward. This is a great find! I’ve been to other A&W restaurants but this one is obviously run with love and passion! I absolutely love finding places like this!"

"Fairly new A&W location with very friendly staff and great atmosphere and clean store. Prices are what you would expect for a fast-ish food. The portions were on par. The ice mug was a great touch. It's in a great location off the highway but the nearby Casey's lot does not connect to the A&W so you have to go in the right driveway."

"First time trying this location. I was so excited. Food was out pretty quick but I noticed from the first fry they weren't fresh or hot. I took one bite of fhe burger and I noticed some pink but I had to cut in half to check. It was a horrible experience. I felt sick to my stomach. I brought it back up to the counter and everyone just looked at me with a blank stare. Kyle was called from the back. He apologized and took the food back and he said he'd remake it. I waited and saw everyone else in the lobby had gotten their food. After 10 minutes or more I walked up to the counter and Kyle said "oh yeah the order" . I told him to just please give me my refund. I turned down the food and just wanted my refund because at this point I just wanted to get out of there. Kyle than proceeded to tell me "it's going to take him a while" to find my order in the system. He also gave me 2 -$10 coupon cards that can only be used at Mt lake location. The food and customer service was a joke and very disappointing. Will never come back here again even if I only live like 10 minutes from here."

"Service was terrific in spite of the busy atmosphere. We were patiently waited on and explained to about how to upgrade a combo item. We dined in and the servers brought the meal to your table. The food tasted great, golden fries and a strawberry shake with chunks if strawberry."
