"Why was there a baby behind the counter last week when I was in there? The manager brandy seems to do what she wants, her daughter (not an employee) is constantly behind the counter. What policies do you follow there? Is this not a safe and respectful workplace? Maybe talk to the crew that work there...... the owner needs to find out what is really going on"

"Manager was very rude to my friend. Very unprofessional. The burger my friend was served looked like absolute grease garbage and smelled like it too. He asked for no salt on his fries, and the manager practically threw the basket of fries back down saying they weren't. I rubbed my finger on the fries, and there was a clear line of salt on them. The manager was horribly belligerent and had the worst attitude I've ever seen in someone that is in management. I will give props to the 2 ladies working behind the counter. They were very polite to customers. Maybe their manager could get a lesson in professionalism from them."
