"The team working at this store is first class in customer service. On Friday, 1/19/2024 at about 9:30 in the morning, I was at the nearby road exam station with my daughter. We were waiting for her to take her road test to get her driver’s license, and working on checking the equipment in the car to make sure everything was in good working order when we discovered that one of the headlights had burned out. We only had about 10 minutes before it was her turn so we dashed to Auto Value as it was only a block away. I ran inside and asked for urgent help to install a headlight, and this amazing team got it done for us and we made it back in time and in working order! I am so grateful for their speedy assistance and their professionalism. Because of their help, she passed her test and got her driver’s license!"
