"I purchased a Samsung Bespoke dishwasher from here two months ago and I will say I had a good experience. I told the guy what I wanted and he gave me the total for the appliance. I paid and picked it up at their warehouse within 20 minutes. Super easy. I appreciated not being pushed with extras like a warranty and etc. I just wanted the item. I also loved that the price was the same as Home Depot or any large appliance store. I was suprised by the prices of most of their items and I will probably buy our next appliances from here."

"What a fantastic store. Super nice, honest, and truly focused on making a lifetime customer. My dishwasher was blowing thermo fuses and it's 10 years old. They showed me what they had in stock and had me talk to the service man. Should be able to get a few more years out of it with a part and advice. I will be back when it's truly time to replace."

"Do not trust this place!!! Made a handshake deal on a used range with Jase (one of the owners). After stringing me along for over 3 months, reassuring me at least bi-weekly that "all was well", he tells me at the end of August that the range is "junk". He is LYING!!! I saw the range up close in the back, it was nice. Most likely sold for more money, or to a buddy, or both. I turned down a chance on another range similar to this, because as far as I was concerned, THIS DEAL WAS MADE!!!! I lost a whole summer waiting on this. Bad for business. No integrity."

"Fantastic experience. I highly recommend this store for caring, knowledgeable staff, excellent selection, and VERY competitive prices. I was 'back home' helping my sisters take care of our elderly mom who had broken her wrist recently. She came from the farm and wants us to help her live in HER home by herself (kind of a stubborn gal!) Her deep, chest freezer was definitely out of the question for ensuring her safety. Nielsen's had the perfect answer to our needs. An upright, 7.1 cubic foot freezer with cooling rods on every shelf. It was the perfect height and width. SIX shelves PLUS a crisper provides for easy access and viewing of what's inside. It's the one on the left in the picture. Mom has never owned an upright, but we can finally say we found her the perfect gift and one that she doesn't already have! They also gave mom an extremely fair price on her current freezer. Thank you Craig and Jace. You made our Christmas!!"

"Very good customer service is always given at Nielsen’s. They know their appliances and can answer any questions you have. They have very good prices and will beat or match much larger appliance retailers. Delivery is very thorough and always friendly. We’ve bought many many appliances from them and always have a good experience. Mattresses are also sold there."
