"Would not recommend doing business here came in looking for a battery the computer was wrong no big deal but come back to get the right one and got attitude from Roman saying he looked by what I told him instead of just exchanging it for the right battery he had in front of him. He so ld me a group 35 needed a 24 when I asked him for a 24 it pointed me at the batteries and told me to find it myself. I will be telling my corporate parts director about this and not doing business with any oreillys anymore"
"They were friendly when we were purchasing all the things spent hundreds in 2 days and when they said they would accept the recycled oil. 2 salesman had an attitude and one young boy just went off on us. After I asked him there was anything else we needed to do before leaving them. He said no, than complained about the bottles being dirty. I let them know you could have simply said we can't accept them this way. I clarified prior to walking away if we were set to go."
