My husband bought a pair of Tony Lama work boots on the 8th of this month and today while he was working the stitches and the leather ripped on the left boot the top toe part came undone. So I called and was told that we could get a refund. So we drove out there and they REFUSED to give him his money back saying he was kicking stuff with his boot!!!"
