"This is absolutely the best bike repair shop I’ve ever visited. Eric was so helpful and kind. During my lower 48 state ride I got some bad gas in Mission SD, which fouled my plugs. Empire Cycle had the plugs I needed in stock and Eric allowed me to use his spark plug socket so I could replaced the plugs just outside his shop. He would have gladly done it but the shop is so busy he couldn’t get to it right away and I had a schedule to keep. Jen was fantastic and John was friendly too. If you need work done this is the shop. I wouldn’t be surprised if if everyone in the twin cities takes their bikes to Empire Cycle."

"Pretty alright customer service, nice guys, etc. Mid-size motorcycle repair shop. Got new pegs put in the zx6r & they worked out fine. It is located in a scenic rural working-class neighborhood close to the ol' workplace, the house & Orono High School. Occasionally difficult A parent, Robert, has no complaints with a couple hundred bucks of work on an 80's Honda. A sibling, Rick, has also gotten some work done there, on a 90's Yamaha Virago motorcycle. Thanks to Eric at Empire Cycle for getting that work order done for me"
