"I purchased a caribou coffee at another location on a road trip and the espresso machine must not have been working. The coffee was very watery and tasted off. I went to this location to let them know and brought my full coffee and receipt in to ask for a remade drink. The man behind the counter didn't look at me until I politely asked for his attention. I said "excuse me, I'm not sure if you can help me with this but" and I explained the situation and showed him the full coffee and receipts. He told me "sorry I can't help you with that." He didn't offer another option, recommend I call the other location to complain, or seem to care at all. I told him that in the past, locations have remade the coffee and he shrugged and walked away. I threw away a full drink that I payed for and even took the extra time to stop again after buying the coffee to ask for a remade coffee. I have now wasted my money and time and have no coffee. Not the best experience."

"Great coffee but meh food reheated sandwiches the five of us spend 48$ on “breakfast” to have 3 of the five not like it. If your Into gas station style premade prepackaged reheated food this Is for you…if you want a fresh less expensive healthier choice..I’d stick to the coffee.."
