"I love this scooters, I literally go every day. They always make my drink perfectly… BUT the price of my drink fluctuates every. Single. Day. Sometimes they charge extra for caramel and then sometimes they don’t. It’s kind of frustrating but oh well. I still love the coffee so that doesn’t really bother me that much. What really irks me is that I also sometimes buy the everything bagel sandwich and 8/10 times it’s COLD: cheese not even melted and the bread and egg is hard and cold. If you guys could just get ur pricing figured out and also make sure you heat the bagels all the way up that would be great. The coffee is the best, and when the bagel is hot it’s the second best… Just please… Get it together guys. Thanks, love ya."
