"Had done a bit of business with these people after Wayne sold the shop to them. Bought 2 tires from them mounted balanced etc. Had one fail and was told I hadn't bought the warranty that was never offered to me by the young Lady when I paid for the new tires. I ended up paying for a new tire. At that time I wasn't extremely happy but asked about doing the other 2 tires and they said they would order them and let me know when they came in. Never heard from them. Then I brought another car in for brakes and an oil change and was informed then, months later, that my tires were in. I couldn't get the truck in at that time and said I'd bring it in when Icould. Just got a call from the owner today and he said if i didn't schedule by tomorrow he was returning the tires. I couldn't guarantee that i could get a confirmed date and time by tomorrow due to me going out of town this week. The owner said I was called a few times about scheduling, which i never heard from them, and he wasn't going to do business with me anymore. Not the greatest customer service at elite. I guess he has lost a customer. He is no Wayne. I'll drive the 20 miles to get the REAL small town local service. Too bad. I'm not sure how telling a customer he isn't doing business with them after their lack of communication is a good thing. I won't recommend them to my family or friends in the area."
