"Had no clients inside, but been waiting more longer then having a busy Macdonalds.... not sure what been taking them so long to make my order . 20 minutes to get the order ,this is ridiculous..."

"Ordered through the mobile app got my email receipt and went to pick food 10 min later. Arrived at McDonald's and stood for 15min only to realize they never received it on there end, I say that's fine I will show you my receipt. They see it and say they still can't make the food though. That I already paid for. They said I will have to file a dispute on the charge to receive my money back. So basically they took my money knowingly and would not give me what I paid for I feel I just got robbed by this place"

"I don't mind pulling up to wait for a fresh burger and fresh fries. but sometimes the drive through seems pretty slow. but then they rush a double QP out where I pulled ahead to wait that is pink inside. What is going on in there? The place always looks clean when I go inside. I feel like they have trouble finding employees or maybe a management problem. it's a toss up really what to expect."

"If you order using the App and it will be more accurate. Sometimes mistakes are made, but they usually correct the mistake right away. I'm sure the job's got to be tough. I myself have gotten pretty upset with this McDonalds at times. However, they always try to make it right and I appreciate that. It's nice having a taste from childhood in my tiny town that's far from where I grew up!"

"Sat in drive through for 10 minutes. No one was there to take order. Heard they would take order soon when possible. Two cars ahead got their order. Left in anger drive by both windows two people standing around. 5 cars in line. No movement."
