"I worked at this Dairy Queen 2 years ago under poor management (not owners fault) Today I was given an opportunity to work there again and I took it I can see better management Thank you Dan for giving me another chance"
"This place is a joke. Went into order food to GO and the worker did dine in. When the food became ready and he was told it was to go he the proceeds to say oh we are super busy your gonna have to do your self. Excuse me but thats not customer service and its nit the customers fault they cant hear and dont follow directions. Will not he back period"
"If I could leave no stars, I would. I’ve left a review here before, but I feel the need to do so again. I LOVE Dairy Queen ice cream, but can’t properly express my frustration for this location. There have been MULTIPLE time that we’ve went and tried the door (while their open sign is on and people are obviously inside) only to get a locked door. So we go to the drive through. People inside ignore us. Even when we pull up to the window, we clearly get ignored. We’ve waited at least 10-15 minutes before when there’s no one ahead of us, obviously no one inside if they’ve locked the doors. I don’t understand how the hell this place is still open since they clearly don’t want any business. The past THREE times we’ve went there we’ve been ignored (like I said, even though we’re the only ones there). We even tried calling once and watched them send it to voicemail inside. I love Dairy Queen ice cream, but this place makes me so terribly angry that I don’t even think it’s worth it. After all, what are the chances you’ll even get to SPEAK with an employee, let alone order?"
"Dirty, unorganized, looked like the inside wasn't open to eat inside. It was open to dine in. The only thing nice about going there was the lady working the front and taking orders."
"Slow service. Rude people at the drive-thru window. Food took forever, and then it was cold. We rarely go here because everything at this location has gone downhill over the last few years. Ice cream is always good, but it takes a long time to get it, and sometimes your cone will be half melted by the time you get it. We try to eat locally, but it's getting really hard to support this business."
