Domino's Pizza

"I absolutely love Domino's never had a problem until now. I was grocery shopping and ordered thinking that I could leave the grocery store and pick up my order on the way home. I ordered and it said 22 minutes for pickup. I get to the store and the tracker states that it still hasn't even been prepped. So I wait a few more minutes thinking okay I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Nothing no movement, I call in to the store and the lady that answers tells me that she is slammed and that my food hasn't been prepped yet. I say how long will it be she says probably at least an hour. She doesn't give me an option of canceling the order she doesn't apologize she just hung up on me. So I waited because my gift card had been taken and payment had already been taken. The tracker finally states that it's ready I go in to get it get it home and it's dry The cheese is cold let's just stay at the food wasn't good. I just can't believe that I wasn't even apologized too. The gift card I was given was due to exceptional communication with my customers. I can't believe I just got ripped off It's absolutely unfortunate that there are people out there that are working for companies that don't have a heart. This is absolutely unacceptable and it looks like I'll be taking a break from at least this Domino's for a while."

"I don’t mind long delivery times. But it’s well known when it’s in “quality” check a long time you’ll get a cold pizza. Don’t cook the pizza until you have a driver! The last 3 orders have been awful!"
